Spirit & Connection, How To Accept?

With Spirit and Connection; there comes the challenge of accepting it, accepting the circumstances and following through with taking what is needed to fix it. Not always easy but essential for healing! In Life, Love and Loss there is so much to accept, however, If you have found yourself in a unacceptable position or you are feeling yourself slip away there are other avenues!


Getting right with yourself spiritually, without reveling on a specific religion, is all about cultivating our inner peace. What makes you come to terms; Our balance and our connection to something larger than ourselves, our spirit. If that be nature, our universe or our own inner wisdom there are helpful tips that can help us all along our journey!


Awareness & Self-Reflection:


Journaling:


Writing regularly about our emotions, thoughts and even our experiences can provide some insight into our spiritual journey and help us process our challenges to come.


Shadow Work:


Not my favorite; this involves looking at all parts of yourself. All the parts you try to avoid - your insecurities, your fears or past traumas - working with and through them to integrate and heal them.


Connecting to Nature:


Helps with the step above! Whether through spending time outdoors, just sitting quietly in a gorgeous area or gardening, hiking or any kind of spending time with nature can help us to feel grounded. It gives us all a connection to our mother earth. Many spiritual practices; Wicca, Paganism, etc... emphasizes our importance of the sacredness of our earth, the cycles of nature, giving back and the mindfulness that goes along with it!!


The sounds, smells and sights around you can help you to practice your mindfulness while it may help to make you feel more grounded; be present and align with the rhythms of the world around us.


Drawn to Energy Work?


The Chakra system; practicing breathing and visualization, helps you feel more centered and aligned. Practices like focusing on the present moment and walking barefoot on our natural surfaces helps us to focus on our present moments.


Body & Mind Practices:


Tai Chi, Qi Gong or Yoga can help to connect us to our spirit, body and mind. This helps to balance our sense of inner peace and can foster a deep sense of our spiritual being.


Inner Wisdom:


Intuition can be achieved by self-trust more than anything. Our development of personal intuition is so imperative. Through journaling, practicing divination and through meditation this can truly be achieved.


Just lighting a candle, performing a small act of gratitude can help you to feel connected to your spiritual self. If you choose symbols, elements. crystals; any representation of what resonates with you, a spiritual connection can be achieved!


Always Cultivating Gratitude:


Focusing on what you have as opposed to what you lack can create a deeper sense of spiritual peace and fulfillment and possibly shift your perspective. You have to accept your circumstances in order to change them!!


Embracing the Mystery:


Not everything is fully understood! Not everything is explained! The sense of wonder and awe in the face of all life's mysteries can be so profound. Especially when it comes to the emotional, spiritual practice!


The Law of Attraction, The Power of Intention & Karma need to be fully felt, anticipated and integrated. Living with all this power can help you to feel centered. On the level we are all that is needed, to understand our path, and it is essential!! Spirituality is a journey. You need to give yourself the permission to adapt and explore all of life's mysteries presented to you! Let's Explore and Adapt As We Go! You Never Know!!!!!
